Andreas Endters

    Member of the Corporate Board of Management,

    After completing his degree in business administration and engineering, Andreas Endters started his career early in 1991 in paper machine sales at Sulzer Escher Wyss in Ravensburg. At the end of 1993 he moved to Manchester, England to take up a position at Sulzer Papertec. Following the merger of the paper divisions of Voith and Sulzer, Andreas Endters joined Voith Paper in Heidenheim in mid-1995 as Head of Sales and Marketing for “QualiFlex Press Sleeves.”

    In 2000, he was appointed Executive Vice President at Voith Paper in Ravensburg; one year later, he became Chairman of the Board of Management. Two years later, in 2004, Andreas Endters was appointed to the Management Board of the Group Division Voith Paper and put in charge of the Business Division Rolls. In 2008, he moved to the Management Board of the Group Division Voith Hydro, where he was responsible for the worldwide contract handling of Large Hydro. At the end of 2011, he returned to Voith Paper as a Member of the Group Division Management, initially in charge of paper machines. Since October 2012 he has been responsible for the Business Line Projects.

    Since October 1, 2017, Andreas Endters has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA and President & CEO of Voith Paper.

    Ralf Sorg

      After successfully completing a commercial apprenticeship and a degree in business administration, Ralf Sorg joined Voith in 2001. From 2001 to 2011, he held various positions in finance and accounting at Voith Holding and the Voith Hydro and Voith Paper Group Divisions, with periods abroad in the US, Austria, and the Netherlands. In 2012, he was appointed CFO of the Products & Services Division. Four years later, in 2016, he moved to Voith Paper’s operations and headed the products and services business in the EMEA region as Regional President. In 2019, he joined Voith Holding as Senior Vice President Group Planning & Controlling and was responsible for Corporate Controlling, Accounting, Investments, and Risk Management. 

      Ralf Sorg has been a member of the Board of Management of Voith Paper since October 2022. As Chief Financial Officer, he is in charge of Finance and Controlling for the Group Division.

      Dr. Michael Trefz

        Dr. Trefz joined the Voith organization in Heidenheim in 1992, where he initially worked as Project Manager in Research and Development. In November 1997 and until June 1999, Dr. Trefz worked for Voith Sulzer in the USA as Manager Applied Technology Coating. After his return to Heidenheim, he first took over the Management of Technology and Application Coating Technology and thereafter the Management of COC Coating Technology. From 2009 to November 2011, Dr. Trefz was assigned to Management Specialty Papers. In December 2011 he assumed the position of Senior Vice President System Business OTO and then in October 2012 as Senior Vice President Global Project Sales. He has also been a member of the Board of Management Business Line Projects since 2013 and Senior Vice President of Product Management since February 2019.

        Since October 2019, Dr. Michael Trefz has been a member of the Management Board of Voith Paper and has been in charge of the Division Projects.

        Benno Morlock

          Benno Morlock studied Strategic Marketing, Industrial Management and Psychology at the University of Mannheim. Prior to his time with Voith, he worked for Kodak as Director of Distribution Partner Alliances in Europe. Whilst there he was involved initially with marketing planning, strategic corporate planning and project management. He also worked for several years in the USA as Product and Platform Manager. His final years at Kodak were characterized by sales-related assignments in Europe.

          The business graduate with a master's degree in business administration came to Voith Turbo in 2008 and took over the leadership of the Startup Components Business Unit. Benno Morlock joined the Management Board of the Voith Turbo Group Division in April 2013 and was in charge of the Division Mining & Metals as of October 2013. From June 2016 to April 2018 he was in charge of the Division Industry.

          Since May 1, 2018, Benno Morlock has been a member of the Management Board of Voith Paper and has been in charge of the Division Fabric & Roll Systems.

          Dr. Juergen Abraham

            Dr. Juergen Abraham studied chemistry at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and University of Loughborough and completed his doctorate in nano-reinforced plastics. He joined the Voith Group in October 2006 as Project Manager Research & Development. In 2007 he took on a leading position at Voith subsidiary SynStrand in North America for a period of three years. This was followed by other roles as Vice President New Business & Research, Senior Vice President Development Fabric & Roll Systems, and Member of the Fabric & Roll Systems Management Team. From 2017, he was responsible for the development of e‑commerce, the service and spare parts portfolio of the Products & Services Division alongside his role as a Member of the Board of Management Products & Services.

            Since April 2019, Dr. Juergen Abraham has been a Member of the Board of Management of Voith Paper. As Digital Business Officer he has been responsible for the Group Division’s internal digitization, e‑commerce and digital products. Since July 2019, he took over the position as President for the Division Products & Services and is furthermore responsible for the Digitalization at Voith Paper.

            Dr. Michael Weiss

              After graduating with a degree in process engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Dr. Michael Weiß obtained his doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Oxford, UK, in 2004. Subsequently, he joined Veolia's Water Research Center in France as an Industry-Host Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow.

              Dr. Weiß joined Voith Paper in Heidenheim as a development engineer in R&D in September 2006. From October 2012, as Senior R&D Manager Effluent Processes, he led the development of Voith Paper's wastewater technology. In 2013, he moved in this role to the Ravensburg site, returning to Heidenheim as Senior R&D Manager Simulation in 2015. In the following two years, he took over the responsibility for the simulation department in Voith Paper's R&D and gradually expanded it. As of 2017, he held the position of Vice President New Business & Research with responsibility for the innovation management, simulation department and central laboratory of Voith Paper. Since February 2022, Dr. Michael Weiß has been a member of the Management Board of Voith Paper in Heidenheim, in charge of Technology.

              Kerstin Klein

                Kerstin Klein's career began in October 2002 at the Cooperative State University in Ravensburg, where she studied business administration in cooperation with the company Coperion until September 2005, graduating with a diploma and bachelor's degree. In October 2005, Kerstin Klein entered the world of work at Coperion in Weingarten, where she started working as a personnel officer until February 2011.

                In March 2011, she made a career change and took on the position of Head of HR at Voith Paper in Ravensburg. Parallel to her professional activities, Kerstin Klein invested in her further education. From 2012 to 2015, she studied Change Management and Business Coaching alongside her job and successfully completed her studies with a Master of Arts (M.A.).

                Her next position was from October 2013 to December 2016, when she took on the role of HR Manager for Voith Paper HR Southern Germany. In this position, she was responsible for the Heidenheim, Ravensburg, Bayreuth and Munich sites. In addition, she acted as HR Key Account for projects in the EMEA region. After a short break for parental leave from January 2017 to November 2017, Kerstin Klein returned to Voith in December 2017 as Head of HR and Site Spokesperson Ravensburg. She held this position until January 2022.

                Since February 2022, Kerstin Klein has been a member of the Management Board of Voith Paper and, as Senior Vice President Human Resources, is responsible for the global HR activities of Voith Paper.
