      The self-contained servo drive CLDP offers the highest variety of configurations in the Voith servo drive family. The fully integrated hydraulic components make the CLDP the most sought after and highly valued with its high durability, virtually wear-free operation and overload protection features. With its technological advancements, the drive is perfectly suited to industrial applications.

      The PDSC self-contained press drive

      High power density combined with high dynamics

      Being an extremely fast and productive drive, the self-contained press drive can exert forces of up to 5 000 kN. With intelligent modules that facilitate different speeds, it is particularly aimed at press applications. Reducing the volume flow to the minimum required amount ensures the use of smaller internal gear pumps, servo motors and a servo converter.

      The main components of the self-contained press drive PDSC include:

      • hydraulic cylinder

      Suitable for force and position control, the design of the PDSC is self-contained and compact, as all hydraulic components are included in the servo drive. The power switching is done by an automatic, load-dependent switch. This switch facilitates the downsizing of the connected load; hence, the size of the engine and the frequency converter is reduced.

      The servo drive CLSP is a self-contained linear axis and is characterized by its four-quadrant internal gear pump. This feature combined with the automatic load-dependent switch of the hydraulic transmission significantly reduces the size of the installed electric drive technology.

      A light-weight yet high-performance tailor-made drive solution

      The servo drive CLCP is a self-contained linear axis and is characterized by its four-quadrant internal gear pump. Force and position can be controlled through the servo motor and the internal gear pump without using valve technology. This feature combined with the electric load-dependent switch of the hydraulic transmission significantly reduces the size of the installed electric drive technology.

      In order to use the product, neither a hydraulic unit nor an oil tank is necessary, as all hydraulic components are incorporated in the servo drive. Additionally, the construction size of the engine and the converter can be reduced, as the connected load of the CLCP can be decreased.

        Easy, logical and safe to handle, the service and flushing module SFM 20 guarantees high quality and low service operation error susceptibility. Servicing and flushing can be seamlessly conducted during the course of normal (running) servo drive operation. The service and flushing module is connected to the drive through quick-connect couplings and is specially designed for the oil care of Voith self-contained servo drives. The used oil can be replaced with fresh oil within a very short period of time. Moreover, by using the integrated filtering unit, the necessary oil quality is ensured. The portable power unit is suitable for a 20-liter canister size.
