Prize-Winning Employer: Voith Stands out in Studies of DEUTSCHLAND TEST and trendence

Heidenheim: The Voith technology group in Heidenheim has been awarded the “Deutschland-Siegel” (German quality seal) in the category “Top Career Opportunities” by Focus and Focus Money. In its study, DEUTSCHLAND TEST, a brand of Focus Money, looked at over 2000 Germany-based companies in 59 industrial sectors. In the category “Engineering Industry” Voith was declared the winner.
The background of the study is that highly qualified employees tend to be increasingly discerning when it comes to choosing an employer. Especially young people look for jobs where they are supported in furthering their career.

Apart from being awarded as a company with “Top Career Opportunities”, Voith was this year also listed among the top 100 companies in the trendence Young Professionals Barometer. As part of its study, trendence Institute has been asking young employees with a maximum professional experience of ten years about their favorite employers and their career plans since 2009. Here, Voith lies in 78th place. In the Engineering Edition of the trendence Graduate Barometer, Voith has been among the most attractive employers for many years and took place 68 in 2016.
