Rebuild concept for more efficient pulping

With IntensaTechnology™, Voith offers a rebuild concept for LC pulpers. The results are more efficient pulping with lower specific energy consumption and a higher pulping capacity.

IntensaTechnology from Voith provides for quick and intensive mixing of fibers in pulping. With existing LC (low-consistency) pulpers, the rotor geometry and flow characteristics of the pulp are changed and the stock consistency is increased in a comprehensive rebuild.

With the IntensaTechnology rebuild components, energy savings of up to 50% can be achieved. A doubling of pulping capacity is also possible. The pulping quality increases due to the improved flow characteristics. In addition, stable operating conditions are achieved over a broad throughput range.

Conversion of pulpers to IntensaTechnology can be carried out on nearly all low- and medium-consistency pulpers.
