All-round service packages
Voith service packages come in three versions: BASIC, COMFORT and PREMIUM. They can be combined in service agreements to provide service according to customer requirements. With the corresponding agreement Voith can therefore guarantee the availability of skilled service personnel. Flexible and reliable – even in periods of intense servicing activity.

Round-the-clock availability
For 24/7 service personnel availability, we offer OnCall telephone hotline, remote diagnostics and also an emergency on-call service (on site visit). Combine these options according to your needs: the preventive service and 24/7 availability services can be combined as required.
