Directional Control Valves

Voith directional control valves are solenoid valves that feature extremely fast switching times and a very compact design. Even without a booster, the valves achieve switching times of less than 20 ms. With a booster, switching times of less than 10 ms are achievable. 4/3 directional control valves are equipped with a double-acting solenoid. This saves installation space – up to 30% compared to other commercially available directional control valves.

The directional control valves are particularly well suited to hydraulic systems with short response times. The valves can be switched virtually in real time. This forms the basis for an efficient and safe design of the actuator cycle. This is how to achieve short process times and high process reliability in your system.

In many cases, our switching valves can replace proportional or servo valves, which are being used as switching valves merely because of their dynamic behavior. This reduces your valves procurement costs by up to 50%.
