The utilization of film and sound material is subject to the following conditions:

1. The conditions of use apply to any film or sound material made available by Voith GmbH.
2. Any utilization of film or sound material must be authorized by Voith GmbH in advance, stating details about production, customer, expected broadcasting date, period of use and area of use.
3. Authorization is principally given for single use within the described production. Permission for further use in other productions has to be obtained separately.
4. The user undertakes not to use the film and sound material to the detriment of Voith GmbH.
5. Film and sound material from Voith GmbH must be used exclusively for editorial TV purposes and not be forwarded to third parties.
