For 150 years, Voith’s technologies have been inspiring customers, business partners and employees around the world. Founded in 1867, Voith today has around 19,000 employees, sales of €4.3 billion and locations in more than 60 countries worldwide and is thus one of the largest family-owned companies in Europe. Being a technology leader, Voith sets standards in the markets of energy, oil & gas, paper, raw materials and transport & automotive.
What are the defining characteristics of a healthy partnership? Offering the best products? Contributing experience? Most of all - it needs one thing: Relations. We are telling of such relations. Relations between Voith and its customers.
MultiFoil rotors are the ideal combination of the highest screening quality and throughput rates. Innovative blade geometry prevents the spinning of fibers and reduces pulsations. Thanks to the uniform through-flow profile with short suction impulses, the MultiFoil rotor leads to improvements sustained screen openness with the highest separation rate. In addition, the concept causes lower pulsations and longer basket service life. Due to the oblique arrangement of the short blades, the rotor is noticeably less susceptible to spinning. Frequently the rotor speed can be reduced, whereby fiber-preserving and energy-saving screening becomes possible.
MultiFoil rotors were developed for use in stock preparation and approach flow and can be used for Voith screens and machines of other manufacturers.
The flow-optimized machine housing results in constant flow and pressure conditions around the basket. Together with the use of the experienced Voith rotors and screening baskets, a high sticky reduction is achieved.
Because of its novel foil geometry and configuration, the EclipseR Rotor facilitates optimal screening efficiency, especially in screening applications that are heavily loaded with impurities. It not only withstands high reject levels, but also saves up to 35% of your energy requirements.
