Reliable cleaning with high loads

The SkyDur S doctor blade cleans and conditions the roll surface. Thanks to improved mechanical strength, it is designed for higher mechanical loads than common glass fiber doctor blades.

SkyDur doctor blades are an optimal combination of supporting fibers and reinforced cleaning fibers. The blade has an especially high level of mechanical strength.

SkyDur S is designed for a high mechanical load. The strength of the supporting fibers crosswise to the direction of the paper is increased in comparison to the cleaning fibers in the direction of the paper. A larger portion of functional fibers allows better conditioning of the roll surface compared to conventional products with similar characteristics.

SkyDur S is suitable for cleaning rolls in all sections of the paper machine if a higher level of mechanical strength is desired than is present with common glass fiber blades.
