Consistent finished roll quality through maintenance
Regular winder inspection prevents capacity reduction and the risk of unplanned downtimes, thereby reducing the customer’s maintenance outlay.
Total Winder Management includes an annual winder inspection, which delivers an objective review of the machine’s actual condition.
To determine the preventive maintenance measures necessary, Voith includes machine-specific checklists and maintenance schedules in the planning. Using these, the required maintenance work is determined together with the customer. This work is subsequently done by the customer’s own maintenance personnel or by Voith. Optionally, investigations into vibrations are also possible in the form of a vibration analysis. Degradation in machine performance can be prevented through preventive maintenance of the winder. In addition, the customer’s overall maintenance outlay is reduced.
Total Winder Management is used to optimize the winder.
