As part of these collaborations with the nonprofit, Voith created silk scarfs adorned with paintings created by a child of a Voith employee who has been diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome. These artistic silk scarfs were designed to inspire and encourage children who have autism to explore and develop their strengths and potential, while also raising awareness and encouraging more individuals and organizations to get involved in supporting this cause. The scarfs were sent as a gift to Voith customers, employees and other stakeholders. 

Furthermore, Voith organized a sharing and communication activity for children with autism. Voith volunteers shared their own experiences in social work to help broaden the children's horizons and help them better adapt to society.
