1. Organizer
J.M. Voith SE & Co. KG | VTA, Voithstraße 1, 74564 Crailsheim, Germany, hereinafter "Voith" is the organizer of this competition.

2. Eligibility
Eligible persons must be at least 18 years of age at the time of their participation.

3. Exclusion from participation
Voith reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate applicable law and/or this terms of participation by submitting their photo.

4. Period of participation
The competition runs from Oct 1^st to Dec 31^th, 2024.

5. Prize
Each participant will receive a small gift and the operators of the oldest 3 equipments will win a free health check and this year's Oktoberfest beer mug or alternatively, a stylish thermo mug for cold drinks!

6. Termination
Voith expressly reserves the right to cancel the competition without prior notice and without giving any reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that disrupt or prevent the competition from proceeding as planned or if, for technical reasons, it is not possible to carry out the competition correctly.

7. Privacy
Responsible for data processing with this contest is J.M. Voith SE & Co. KG | VTA, Voithstraße 1, 74564 Crailsheim, Germany.

In order to participate in this competition it is necessary to provide personal data.

Personal data will be processed and stored for the purpose of this competition. By participating in this competition, the participant consents to the processing and storage of his/her personal data. This consent can be revoked at any time and with effect for the future.

Voith points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent.

8. Applicable law
This competition shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9. Exclusion
The organizer shall only be liable for damages incurred by the participants due to material defects of defects of title in the event of malice, intent, and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability due to material defects and defects of title is excluded.
