Stock mixing

Constant stock consistency at the headbox inlet is essential for a good basis weight profile. Otherwise, product quality can vary significantly. Therefore Voith developed components for HC mixing and for mixing HC stock with the whitewater.

In our experience, both these units are easily retrofitted, thanks to their flexibility, and bring substantial improvements not only in paper quality but also in paper machine runnability.
