OnC PressSens ist ein hochwertiger Drucksensor mit hydrostatischen Druck- und Niveautransmittern. Diese werden je nach Bestellspezifikation zur Messung von Füllstand, Druck oder Vakuum verwendet.

OnC PressSens

Eine Messzelle aus Spezialkeramik mit radialer, geschützter Dichtung ermöglicht den frontbündigen Einbau des OnC PressSens in Rohrleitungen, Bütten, Behälter und Stapeltürme. Der Drucksensor zeichnet sich vor allem durch hohe Messgenauigkeit, Überlastfestigkeit, Temperaturbeständigkeit und Korrosionsfestigkeit aus. Für Anwendungen bei hohen Temperaturen und aggressiven Medien kommt eine hochbeständige Membran aus Edelstahl zum Einsatz. Das Sensorelement arbeitet dabei mit interner Übertragungsflüssigkeit und einer speziellen Temperaturkompensation.

Aufgrund der hohen Abrasionsfestigkeit der verwendeten Keramik ist OnC PressSens besonders für die Anforderungen der Altpapier-Stoffaufbereitung von der Auflösung bis hin zum Stoffauflauf geeignet.

The pressure transmitter PT182 is the robust all-rounder with a ceramic measuring cell. The ceramic pressure sensor is resistant to thermal shock and handles temperatures up to 150°C. The extremely high overload factor of 200 is unique to the market. Typically applications are measurement of gauge pressure, absolute pressure or vacuum. Measured products are gases, vapors and clean liquids.

The front fl ush ceramic measuring diaphragm is highly abrasion resistant. Various process connections are available with all kind of fl anges and threads. Typically applications are measurement of gauge, absolute pressure or vacuum measurement. Measured products are gases, vapors, liquids and also 2 phase liquids containing abrasive substances.

PT182 Headbox pressure
Precision pressure measurement for headbox with fixed cable and separated electronics. The pressure measurement for the hydraulic headbox is used for direct speed control of the fan pump. It must be very precise and is thus implemented redundantly. The optimal solution is the PT182 in absolutely front-flush and super-finished version, with a accuracy class 0.05% and protection rating IP 68.

The PT183 offers special advantages in applications with high pressures and for high viscous and aggressive media as well as chemicals.
