OnControl

OnControl is a machine-oriented, process control technology for distributed information that covers the entire paper manufacturing process. Drives and quality control technology can also be integrated.

OnControl makes it possible to have uniform automation technology distributed along the paper machine as well as throughout the entire mill and distributed access to all automation components. This simplifies machine maintenance and fault diagnostics for the operating personnel. In addition, the integrated systems allow a continuous flow of information to be distributed in the mill and ensure availability of all process-related data in the automation system. All information relevant to the machine and the whole paper manufacturing process can be distributed and easily called up.

By means of an error message with first value recognition, OnControl systematically guides the user to the source of the error so that he/she can frequently correct the error.

OnControl is used for process automation in the paper and pulp industry.
