Hufenbecher appointed to supervisory bodies of Voith Group
HAMBURG/HEIDENHEIM. Constanze Hufenbecher Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Lufthansa Technik AG has been appointed to the Voith Group Shareholders’ Committee and Supervisory Board. She succeeds Dr. Alan Hippe, Chief Financial and IT Officer of F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd who has stepped down as planned from the supervisory bodies of Voith Group after more than ten years.
From 1994 to 1998, Hufenbecher worked with VIAG AG in Munich in the fields of Accounting & Corporate Planning and Corporate Development & Controlling. She then moved to Bertelsmann AG in Guetersloh as Senior Consultant Corporate Controlling & Investments, later serving there as Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions. From 2003 to 2004 she was a partner in a Munich management consultancy. From 2004 to 2009, she served in various senior management roles with Infineon Technologies AG in Munich, finishing her time there as Vice President & General Manager Business Line Manufacturing & Technology Services. In 2010, she returned to the Bertelsmann group, initially as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at DPV Deutscher Pressevertrieb GmbH, a role she held until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Hufenbecher was Chief Financial Officer for BE Printers and Prinovis Ltd & Co. KG in Hamburg. Constanze Hufenbecher joined the Executive Board of Lufthansa Technik AG in February 2016. Hufenbecher graduated in business administration from the University of Tuebingen.
