Markus Glaser-Gallion new CEO of Voith Industrial Services

After obtaining his degree in business management at the Wilhelms University Münster, he started work as an international project manager with Gemini Consulting in 1990. In 1994 he joined Raab Karcher AG in Essen, where he held various senior positions before becoming Chair of the Management Board of Raab Karcher Sicherheit und Service GmbH in 1994. In 2000 he moved to the Board of Sportfit Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinberg and then in 2002 assumed the chairmanship of the Restructuring Advisory Council of Wellemöbel GmbH, Paderborn.
The 51-year-old family man joined Voith in 2003 as a Member of the Board of DIW AG and Member of the Management Board of Voith Industrial Services Holding GmbH & Co.KG. He was initially responsible for the business divisions Process Service and Engineering Services. Since 2011 he has been in charge of the Automotive Business Division at Voith Industrial Services.
