Practical example

It took a total of 25,000 hours to fabricate 562 lances to accommodate nozzles for two reactors. The services provided by Voith Industrial Services for this project in China ranged from project planning through engineering, material procurement and fabrication of the lances out of 135,000 kg austenitic steel at a design temperature of 570°C, and also included insulating work and non-destructive testing (RT, PT, VT, LT). This was followed by the compilation of documentation and the operating and installation instructions.
