Up to 70% less fiber loss in the stock preparation
EcoMizer technology from Voith significantly improves the runability of your machine in the stock preparation.
By upgrading a cleaner to EcoMizer technology, fiber losses and energy consumption in the stock preparation are reduced significantly and higher machine runability is achieved. Higher stock consistencies of up to 3% are possible, which reduces the number of cleaners and cleaner stages necessary.
The internationally proven concept of axially injected backflush water supports the natural flow pattern in the cleaner and achieves at the same time maximum separation efficiency. EcoMizer or Easy EcoMizer can be retrofitted to the cleaner reject outlet of all cleaner systems in the stock preparation from Voith and many other manufacturers.
LightPlus takes care of even the lightest contaminants
LightPlus upgrade installed in an HCL5 cleaner bank
LightPlus upgrade functional principle
With a LightPlus upgrade your standard LC cleaner also removes specific lightweight contaminants from the suspension. It is installed on top of the existing LC cleaner and is a great value alternative to a large investment in extensive new lightweight cleaning systems.
Lightweight contaminants feature lower specific weights than fibers and tend to collect in the center of the fiber flow on their way to the accepts outlet. To prevent them from staying in the accepts suspension, LightPlus features an additional outlet for light contaminants. Your new combination cleaner thus ensures improved paper quality and a smooth downstream process at minimal investment costs.
