With a focus on technical performance of production line equipment, Voith offers preventive service, reactive service, personnel training and predictive tools to keep equipment functioning optimally. Our goal is to deliver all the services necessary to proactively ensure the technical availability of your machines. Equipment lifecycle management is provided through a structured agreement that defines the customer’s equipment performance expectations, and services are billed at a pre-established flat-rate fee.
When a papermaker seeks to achieve a business-related KPI or a specific goal with fixed parameters – such as paper quality or fiber yield – Voith steps up to the challenge. Together with our customer, we identify the target, and we apply our process expertise to achieve the stated goal.
