Vibration monitoring is for determining bearing defects and checking the entire mechanical condition of the system. Unplanned machine stoppages can therefore be prevented.
In vibration monitoring, bearings are monitored with a compact handheld measuring device in which the exact measuring route is defined and stored. The measured data are analyzed and interpreted by a Voith expert, and All results are summarized in a report and submitted to the customer before a machine stoppage.
Our report and the evaluation of vibration monitoring can be used to plan a time-optimized stoppage for mechanical maintenance work in the system. Recording and re-calling measurement data and the extent of the expertise can be modularly compiled according to the customer’s requirements. The intervals for data acquisition and reporting are defined in a service contract.
