The IntensaPulper IP-R allows efficient pulping of recovered fibers in the stock preparation at a high pulping stock consistency. It saves up to 25% of the energy used in the process.
The IntensaTechnology™ from Voith allows quick and intensive mixing of fibers when pulping. The IntensaPulper IP-R model is specifically designed for pulping recovered paper or broke.
The rotor in the container of the pulper is eccentrically arranged. A double-cone bottom provides for a flow-optimized transition from the pulper bottom to the cylindrical trough wall. The IntensaPulper IP-R thus creates perfect turbulence and accelerated bale intake. It requires up to 25% less energy than conventional LC (low-consistency) pulpers. An arrangement of Junkomat nozzles provides for removal of heavy contaminants.
The IntensaPulper IP-R is used in the stock preparation and processes recovered paper or broke.
