Dirk Hoke
President & CEO Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA
After studying mechanical engineering at Technical University Braunschweig (Germany), Dirk Hoke started his professional career in 1994 at the automotive group Renault in Paris (France). Between 1996 and 2016, he worked at Siemens, where he held various executive-level positions, including CEO of Siemens Africa, CEO Industrial Solutions, CEO Customer Services and, most recently, CEO Large Drives. He then took over as CEO of Airbus Defense and Space and also served as a member of the Airbus Global Executive Committee. From September 2022 to February 2025, Dirk Hoke was CEO of Volocopter GmbH.
Since April 1, 2025, Dirk Hoke has been CEO and Chairman of the Corporate Board of Management of the Voith Group.
Stephanie Holdt

CFO
Stephanie Holdt studied international business administration and started her career in 2003 at Brose in the controlling division. In this role, she was responsible for various management functions in controlling and finance until 2009, with stations in the United States. Ms. Holdt then moved to Knorr-Bremse AG, where she was Senior Manager, Corporate Controlling in the group division until 2012 and then took the position of Senior Director, Finance for the BMW Group in Munich.
From 2014 to 2018, Ms. Holdt worked at the Knauf Group as Vice President, Corporate Controlling.
She was then appointed to Chief Financial Officer of USG Corporation, a U.S. based building materials manufacturer headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, she was also responsible for the management of the IT organization in her Executive Board portfolio.
Ms. Holdt has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer of the Voith Group since May 1, 2022.
Andreas Endters
Member of the Corporate Board of Management, President & CEO Group Division Paper
After completing his degree in business administration and engineering, Andreas Endters started his career early in 1991 in paper machine sales at Sulzer Escher Wyss in Ravensburg. At the end of 1993 he moved to Manchester, England to take up a position at Sulzer Papertec. Following the merger of the paper divisions of Voith and Sulzer, Andreas Endters joined Voith Paper in Heidenheim in mid-1995 as Head of Sales and Marketing for “QualiFlex Press Sleeves.”
In 2000, he was appointed Executive Vice President at Voith Paper in Ravensburg; one year later, he became Chairman of the Board of Management. Two years later, in 2004, Andreas Endters was appointed to the Management Board of the Group Division Voith Paper and put in charge of the Business Division Rolls. In 2008, he moved to the Management Board of the Group Division Voith Hydro, where he was responsible for the worldwide contract handling of Large Hydro. At the end of 2011, he returned to Voith Paper as a Member of the Group Division Management, initially in charge of paper machines. Since October 2012 he has been responsible for the Business Line Projects.
Since October 1, 2017, Andreas Endters has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA and President & CEO of Voith Paper.
From September 2024 until March 2025, Andreas Endters served as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Voith Group and assumed the provisional management of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA in addition to his role as CEO of Voith Paper.
Jan Lüder
Member of the Corporate Board of Management, President & CEO Group Division Hydro
Jan Lüder holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin (Germany).
From 1995 to 2015, he worked for Siemens AG for almost 20 years in the Metals Technologies, Industrial Solutions and Power Generation divisions with international management functions in Asia and Europe.
Between 2015 and 2022, Jan Lüder held management positions at thyssenkrupp, including CEO of the Mining Technologies division and previously CEO Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific and CEO Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
Subsequently, Jan Lüder assumed responsibility as Division President Flow and member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer AG in Switzerland.
Since April 1, 2025, he serves as Member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith and as President & CEO of Voith Hydro.
Cornelius Weitzmann

President & CEO Group Division Turbo
Cornelius Weitzmann studied industrial engineering at Karlsruhe in Germany and Seville in Spain. He then worked as a project leader and member of the management for a well-known German management consultancy firm from 2002 onwards.
In 2007, Weitzmann moved to Voith, where he took up a management position in strategic planning. 2009, he became Managing director at Voith Paper Inc. in Appleton, USA and in 2011, he was appointed President of Fabric & Roll Systems EMEA.
As a member of the Management Board of Voith Turbo, Cornelius Weitzmann was responsible for the Power, Oil & Gas Division from April 2015, before taking over as Head of the Division Mobility in June 2016.
Since June 1, 2021 Cornelius Weitzmann is a member of the Corporate Board of Management and President & CEO of Voith Turbo.
