Flawless paper production in the approach flow system

The extensively standardized stability analysis of the approach flow system is for troubleshooting and optimization of the paper profile and machine operation in the wet section.

In the stability analysis of the approach flow system, factors are investigated that are decisive for flawless paper production in the approach flow system.
 
Among them are pressure stability around the main units in the approach flow system, free and total gas contents in stock suspension, stock consistency and ash fluctuations in stock suspension, the speeds of all units in the approach-flow system, and mechanical vibrations in the area of the sheet-forming elements at the headbox and in the wire section.
