As a design engineer at Voith, my main motivation is to keep learning and progressing. With each new task, I see new things waiting to be explored. This opportunity to expand my own knowledge is exciting and makes me passionate. I am never afraid of making mistakes, because every mistake is an opportunity for me to learn and strengthen myself. So, my target is to “achieve” something in my daily work instead of only finishing tasks.
