For me, it is very important not to have any standstill. This does not mean that we are constantly changing things, but rather that we are constantly looking at where we can improve. In this context, it is particularly important for me to engage my employees, because only when employees understand the goals and added value of the work are they motivated and “live” to transform. Meet Zahida Sakic-Kramer, our Director Design Main Sections, Voith Paper, Heidenheim (Germany).

Zahida Sakic-Kramer is Director Design Main Sections at Voith Paper. She is responsible for the design of the main sections of a paper machine, the design of special paper machines, and training and documentation. She studied mechanical engineering and graduated from RWTH Aachen University. She started her career at Voith as a development engineer, and after her parental leave, she took over as head of research at Voith Paper. She then headed a development department and today she has a director function.
