Rebuild project to the highest standards of technology at Niederauer Mühle
The comprehensive rebuild of PM 2 at Papierfabrik Niederauer Mühle GmbH results in paper of the highest quality and made the production process more resource-friendly. This achievement was also made possible by the strong synergies between the Voith and Toscotec teams.
Well positioned for Varel rebuild
The Varel paper mill is increasing the web width on the pope roller, making use of Voith’s extensive expertise. The Voith team will increase the widths of the first dryer group, the existing headboxes, the wire and press sections and the Fourdrinier wire. Innovative technologies allow total output to be increased by 15 per cent and energy costs to be reduced.
Two major rebuilds for Roermond
Smurfit Kappa Roermond Papier, Netherlands has already relied on Voith's expertise several times. In 2016, Voith replaced the press section, dryer section and size application unit on the PM 1. Following this successful rebuild, Smurfit Kappa again entrusted Voith in 2018 with the rebuild of the entire forming section into an innovative DuoFormer CBh concept and the installation a new MasterJet Pro headbox for PM 1.
