We have a decades-long business relationship with many of our qualified and motivated suppliers. This is a fundamental part of our sustainable success. Our purchasing staff works with competent and reliable partners worldwide, with whom we jointly develop and realize technologically leading components, materials and services. In addition to key criteria such as quality, service and cost-effectiveness, sustainability is also playing an increasingly important role for us.

Our fundamental principles on resource conservation, social and environmental responsibility are anchored in our purchasing strategy, and our standards and requirements for suppliers are defined in process descriptions, framework agreements and in the General Purchasing Conditions (GPCs). To ensure that Voith's values and requirements as well as the legal requirements are complied with at all times, we have also implemented appropriate control mechanisms in the supply chain.
