High winding quality when winding up the paper

During rewinding, the paper web is wound up on reel spools, which are changed fully automatically every 60 to 90 minutes after reaching the full diameter of the paper roll. The inner layers on the new reel spool are exposed to very high stresses and therefore are vulnerable to damages. Typical damages are wrinkles and core bursts, but also glossy spots on matt paper can occur. Our reeling systems optimally control  roll structure and roll hardness – from the first to the last layer.
