Acquisition of IGW Rail by Voith successfully completed
- Expansion of Voith's portfolio and strengthening of its position as a global supplier of rail vehicle components
- Full integration of IGW Rail in the Voith Turbo Group Division
Voith and the previous owner, the Belgian BMT Group, had signed a corresponding purchase agreement on July 6, 2022. In a subsequent integration phase, Voith will fully integrate IGW Rail within the Turbo Group Division. In this process, the customers and suppliers of both companies will be continuously informed about the individual integration steps and the associated changes.
