Dr. Toralf Haag
President & CEO
After his degree in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg, continued by a doctorate at the University of Kiel, Dr. Toralf Haag started his career as a personal assistant to the CEO of Thyssen Handelsunion AG in Düsseldorf in 1994.
From 1997 to 1999 he was Director Finance, M&A and Corporate Development of The Budd Company Detroit (USA), a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp, until he was appointed as CEO President Stamping & Frame Division of The Budd Company Detroit in 2000. From 2002 to 2005 he was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Norddeutsche Affinerie AG (now Aurubis AG) in Hamburg until he followed an appointment as CFO and Member of the Executive Committee of Lonza Group AG in August 2005.
Since October 2016, he has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management of the Voith Group and initially held the position of Chief Financial Officer. In October 2018, Dr. Toralf Haag was appointed Chairman of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA.

Stephanie Holdt

CFO
Stephanie Holdt studied international business administration and started her career in 2003 at Brose in the controlling division. In this role, she was responsible for various management functions in controlling and finance until 2009, with stations in the United States. Ms. Holdt then moved to Knorr-Bremse AG, where she was Senior Manager, Corporate Controlling in the group division until 2012 and then took the position of Senior Director, Finance for the BMW Group in Munich.
From 2014 to 2018, Ms. Holdt worked at the Knauf Group as Vice President, Corporate Controlling.
She was then appointed to Chief Financial Officer of USG Corporation, a U.S. based building materials manufacturer headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, she was also responsible for the management of the IT organization in her Executive Board portfolio.
Ms. Holdt has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer of the Voith Group since May 1, 2022.
Dr. Stefan Kampmann

Chief Technology Officer
After studying physics and earning a doctoral degree in engineering, Dr. Stefan Kampmann started his career in 1994 at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he was initially involved in research topics in the automotive sector, before taking on business sector responsibility in the areas of power electronics, sensor technology, and semiconductor components. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President of the Gasoline Systems division.
In 2016, Dr. Stefan Kampmann joined Osram Licht AG as CTO and member of the Managing Board, where he was responsible for the areas of research and development as well as technology and innovation.
Since December 1, 2020, Dr. Stefan Kampmann has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management and Chief Technology Officer of the Voith Group.
Andreas Endters
Member of the Corporate Board of Management,
President & CEO Group Division Paper
After completing his degree in business administration and engineering, Andreas Endters started his career early in 1991 in paper machine sales at Sulzer Escher Wyss in Ravensburg. At the end of 1993 he moved to Manchester, England to take up a position at Sulzer Papertec. Following the merger of the paper divisions of Voith and Sulzer, Andreas Endters joined Voith Paper in Heidenheim in mid-1995 as Head of Sales and Marketing for “QualiFlex Press Sleeves.”
In 2000, he was appointed Executive Vice President at Voith Paper in Ravensburg; one year later, he became Chairman of the Board of Management. Two years later, in 2004, Andreas Endters was appointed to the Management Board of the Group Division Voith Paper and put in charge of the Business Division Rolls. In 2008, he moved to the Management Board of the Group Division Voith Hydro, where he was responsible for the worldwide contract handling of Large Hydro. At the end of 2011, he returned to Voith Paper as a Member of the Group Division Management, initially in charge of paper machines. Since October 2012 he has been responsible for the Business Line Projects.
Since October 1, 2017, Andreas Endters has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA and President & CEO of Voith Paper.
Dr. Tobias Keitel

President & CEO Group Division Hydro
After studying industrial engineering followed by a doctorate at the Technical University of Berlin and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at École Supérieure de Commerce in Paris, Dr. Tobias Keitel worked for The Boston Consulting Group and MAN AG.
Dr. Keitel joined Voith Hydro in 2010 as project manager. Since 2011 he held various management positions and became head of the Business Unit Large Hydro New in 2014.
In 2016, Dr. Keitel became a Member of the Management Board of Voith Hydro. In this function he was in charge of Operations, Project Management, Sales and Service.
Since November 1, 2022, he serves as Member of the Corporate Board of Management of Voith and as President & CEO of Voith Hydro.
Cornelius Weitzmann

President & CEO Group Division Turbo
Cornelius Weitzmann studied industrial engineering at Karlsruhe in Germany and Seville in Spain. He then worked as a project leader and member of the management for a well-known German management consultancy firm from 2002 onwards.
In 2007, Weitzmann moved to Voith, where he took up a management position in strategic planning. 2009, he became Managing director at Voith Paper Inc. in Appleton, USA and in 2011, he was appointed President of Fabric & Roll Systems EMEA.
As a member of the Management Board of Voith Turbo, Cornelius Weitzmann was responsible for the Power, Oil & Gas Division from April 2015, before taking over as Head of the Division Mobility in June 2016.
Since June 1, 2021 Cornelius Weitzmann is a member of the Corporate Board of Management and President & CEO of Voith Turbo.
