Hunzenschwil, May 30, 2014 - Voith is strengthening its service offering for power plants by adding another site.

With a new location in the canton of Aarau in Switzerland, the company is targeting local power plants with services such as maintenance, upgrading and inspection. It is the first Voith site for industrial services in Switzerland.

The site in Hunzenschwil will provide numerous technical services for Swiss power plants, including maintenance and system engineering as well as inspection and project development for systems and plant parts. “We hope to expand the Swiss market and deploy our labor force in Switzerland quickly and flexibly through having a site there,” says Stefan Elsner, Managing Director Energy at Voith Industrial Services.
