Made for agricultural machines
The result is an optimized setup that is custom designed for use in tractors. The two-stage characteristic and the higher torque capacity meet the requirements of tractors while achieving the most economical operation. Combined in a single system, its spring packages and special hydraulic damping system enable isolation and damping of torsional vibrations proportional to speed. This results in more effective damping of resonance frequencies or higher amplitudes of vibration. The damping effect can be matched to different operating ranges by way of the torsion angle as well as gap geometries and the viscosity of the damping medium. Modular damping and spring components make the Hydrodamp 365 HT easily adaptable to the driveline’s specific requirements.
Wear-free performance, maximum efficiency
The Hydrodamp 365 HT requires little maintenance and offers wear-free damping, resulting in increased service life and operational availability. The reduced vibrations allow for fuel-efficient driving, especially in low-speed areas. Vehicle jerking is significantly reduced, thus increasing comfort for the driver. In addition, the lower vibrations notably reduce noise emissions.
