The history of Voith Paper in Guissona dates back to 1967 when the factory was founded by local and French stakeholders under the name Teguisa. In 1986, the company was taken over by the English Scapa Scandia group. It was then acquired by Voith in 1999 and integrated into the Division Paper. The site manufacturing is mainly focused on press felts and a small portion of specific dryer fabrics for the paper machine industry. Voith employees are always in contact with the paper industry to provide tailor-made solutions with a high value added for the specific needs of the customers.

Originally founded in 1918 under the name Talleres de Tolosa S.A., the company was acquired by Voith in 1968 and renamed Voith Tolosa S.A. In 1995, the company was divided by group divisions and Voith Paper S.A. was established. It was relocated to a new location in 2006 with office space and a workshop with machinery, welding and internal assembly. Voith Paper Tolosa is the local papermaking partner for Iberian and southern French customers with local competence to deliver aftermarket solutions from all Voith Paper business lines. In addition, together with Heidenheim, Tolosa is one of two European Voith sites for paper machine and stock preparation rebuilds for all paper grades. The team in Tolosa also specializes in the relocation of paper machines. 

Formerly founded in 1942 as J.M. Voith, Voith Turbo S.A.U. has been present in Spain for more than 75 years. The site is located in Coslada, Madrid, minutes from the capital's airport. The entire Iberian Peninsula is served by this facility, comprised of commercial offices, warehouse and workshop. From there, Voith Turbo S.A.U. supplies spare parts and provides services to rail vehicles, buses, trucks, tugboats and industrial customers like refineries and power plants. With its local sales team, it supports a wide range of customers looking for transmission solutions in industrial and mobility applications. The local workshop is prepared for the repair and maintenance of all types of transmission systems, both mechanical and hydrodynamic, such as gear units, couplings, turbo transmissions or propellers. Voith Turbo S.A.U.'s experience enables it to provide service, with full guarantees, both for products originally manufactured by the brand itself and for comparable products from other manufacturers.
