    The site at Veldener Strasse 52 was founded in Düren in 1885 under the name F. H. Banning & Seybold Maschinenbau GmbH. In 1966, Voith took over 50% of the company, which had been renamed O. Dörries AG in 1943. Three years later, Voith subsequently took over the entire company.

    As a specialist and technology leader for banknote and wetlaid nonwovens machines, the site offers complete lines from stock preparation to finishing. In addition to project business, the P&S business is also served with rebuilds, spare parts, and services. In the Nonwoven Technology Center, new machine components are tested and innovative, resource-saving end products and processes are developed together with customers and cooperation partners.

    Other focal points are technologies, products and services in the area of material handling, such as slat conveyors, dewiring systems, bale openers or wire wrapping machines. In addition, the successful DuoShake product is manufactured at this site. In order to drive the development towards Papermaking 4.0, the DuoShake Digital Generation was developed.

      Voith Paper in Düren
       

      The site at Veldener Strasse 71-75 has been in existence since 1805 and therefore has a long association with the city of Düren. Since 1852, press and dryer felts for paper producers have been manufactured at the plant. 

      Today, the employees here produce press felts for customers all over the world. The main component here is the production of tissue felts.
