The VIAB hotline service is designed to offer technical clarification on all questions relating to VIAB units.
The team is able to provide fault finding support as well as assistance with identifying correct spare parts numbers.
If you already know the part number, please contact our department for spare parts orders directly.
To provide you with specific, comprehensive advice, we require that you provide the following information:
- Unit part number
- Unit serial number
- Vehicle manufacturer
- Vehicle type
- Date of first registration
VIAB service training
We offer product training courses that are tailored to your specific requirements.
