The Formare Voith project offers high school students from public schools in the Jaraguá region, west of São Paulo, the opportunity of professional initiation, with a certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
Formare Voith started in 2006 and has since trained 180 young people for the job market and who now work in the Voith Group and other companies. The classes are taught by Volunteer Educators, which aims to encourage the volunteering of the Group's employees.
Conceived by the Iochpe Foundation in 1988, Formare is a professional and social education project, created to serve young people, providing learning in industrial environments and integrating them into society as citizens. The Formare network is composed of vocational schools installed in companies that provide physical space, benefits and time of their employees to act as volunteers.
