Siegfried Russwurm appointed to the Voith Shareholders’ Committee
“With Siegfried Russwurm, Voith gains one of the most renowned pioneers of Industry 4.0 and one of the most experienced industry leaders for its Shareholders’ Committee,” says Professor Dr. Hans-Peter Keitel, chair of the Shareholders’ Committee and Supervisory Board of the Voith Group. Keitel also thanked Dr. Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller for her many years of committee work for Voith: “Dr. Leibinger-Kammüller has supported Voith for around ten years with her expertise as an excellent family entrepreneur and has provided important inspiration for our company. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation,” says Keitel.
In addition, new members Ina-Maria Schweppenhäuser, from the side of the family shareholders, and Dr. Hubert Lienhard, former chair of the Corporate Board of Management, were appointed to the Shareholders’ Committee. Dr. Lienhard will become a member of the Shareholders’ Committee starting on April 1, 2018.
