Not Just for Night Owls:
Voith Invites to "Night of Training"

Industrial Business Administrator? Bachelor of Engineering? Or rather Technical Product Designer? Pupils and students who want to take a closer look at the training opportunities offered by Voith are cordially invited to the Night of Training on Friday 18 July from 19:00 to 22:30 hours. At the Voith Training Center in Heidenheim the visitors can inform themselves about the application process, the training schemes and the dual study programs at Voith.

"We offer high-quality vocational training and a very good dual study program," says Erwin Krajewski, Manager Technical Apprenticeships at Voith in Heidenheim. "Exciting tasks lie ahead for our trainees, including a pleasant working climate - and some may even gather international experience."

The staff of Voith offer application training sessions to the future entrants. The guests can visit the training workshop, listen to the apprentice band "Los Crachos" and inform themselves at presentations about Voith, training and study programs.

The following presentations will be held at the Atrium from 19:30 hours:

  • Voith image presentation
  • Presentation of a project as part of a design competition in the study course "Mechanical Engineering"
  • Young researchers ("Jugend forscht"): "Pupils are exploring the wind on blades together with us"
  • Traces on the net - a presentation on social media

Voith offers eight different types of apprenticeships, as well as nine dual study programs in Heidenheim. Together with lecturers from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), trainers, trainees and students from Voith will answer the questions of their guests.

Those who are interested can already apply for an apprenticeship or a study place starting next year. The deadline for applications in Heidenheim is 30 September 2014. Further information you can find here.
