All of them achieved the highest marks in Baden-Württemberg in their chosen field - and all this against a background of 47,000 participants. Some 400 guests celebrated the "Future of our Economy", as Dr. Peter Kulitz, President of the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, called them.

One apprentice completing his training as Technical Product Designer at Voith Turbo in Crailsheim and achieving this outstanding result is Tim Trabert from Wettringen. The 21-year-old started his apprenticeship at Voith Turbo in September 2012. His continuously excellent marks during his apprenticeship soon made his trainers aware that he would achieve an outstanding vocational qualification even with a slightly shortened course. After being thoroughly prepared by his trainers, Tim Trabert excelled in his exam with a stunning final mark of 1.1.

This excellent result is proof of Tim Trabert's strong dedication and commitment both at the workplace and at vocational school. His efforts were supported by the company's long-standing tradition in vocational training. With its high commitment and continuously excellent training opportunities, Voith lays a solid foundation for the career perspectives of many young people.

Tim Trabert has meanwhile been offered a permanent position at Voith Turbo as a Technical Draughtsman and now produces CAD drawings for the engineering of Vorecon oil systems.
